Property tour: everything planned to view properties in Spain

Are you planning to come to the Costa del Sol to view properties? Let us help you by arranging a property tour. We will plan as many viewings as possible in the time we have – and if you want we can also book a hotel, holiday apartment or bed & breakfast for you. Do you wish to stay in one of our own holiday apartments? Then you get a 15% discount (subject to availability).

How does a property tour work?

We will discuss the kind of properties you wish to view beforehand and the period in which you want to come to Spain. In addition, you can indicate what type of accommodation you want to stay in (hotel, holiday apartment or bed & breakfast) and what your budget for your accommodation is. You will then only have to book your flights – we will take care of the rest.

• First, we make a selection of properties that are of interest to you
• We will make arrangements to view these properties
• We will book a suitable accommodation close to where you want to view properties
• We will pick you up from Málaga airport
• We will take you to your accommodation
• We will pick you up from your accommodation and take you back on property viewing days
• At the end of your stay we will take you back to the airport

Of course, you decide how many properties you wish to view, how long you want to stay in Spain and whether or not you want to extend your stay by adding a holiday. A property tour is completely non-committal and our services are free of charge. However, we do kindly ask you to transfer your accommodation costs in advance. Do you wish to know more?
