The complex is built up as a small Andalusian village, a real pueblo blanco. Narrow corridors, beautiful stairs, a real patio and a mature garden (all organic) with the most beautiful flowers, plants and trees.
The current owners have been operating it as a yoga retreat for the past few years, renting out the entire complex to yoga teachers from all over the world. These provided their own program and could enjoy 3 meals a day served by the managers. For a retreat, this complex is ideal. Mind you, if you want to run a B&B here, the 9 rooms (single) in particular are not ideal. However, these are easy to convert into 6 double rooms or 3 apartments. (see last 3 pictures)
The Shala and the adjacent therapy rooms can also be used as extra rental space or even living space with a few minor adjustments. All buildings have central heating, but no air conditioning. This has been a conscious choice of the current owners. Their commercial activities did not take place in the winter, only 5 months a year, but with a high occupancy rate and turnover.
Storage spaces are available at various locations on the 10,000 m2 site. In addition, there is a water deposit of 25,000 m3 (there is regular city water) and solar panels for the hot water in the bathrooms. There is a Casa Rural permit for 11 people.
