There are a lot of steps to take when buying a house and moving to southern Spain. Obviously there are legal issues that you need to take care of. A notary is required for the transfer of your house and a lawyer is also highly recommended, because he or she checks for any outstanding debts on your new home. Of course, we can provide you with a lawyer and a notary. Do you need additional advice? Then we also have a tax consultant and for example a mortgage consultant in our network who can help you.

Assistance with the next step

Once you have bought your property, you want to decorate it and possibly offer it for holiday rentals. Where can you then find the nearest hardware store? Which stylist can help decorate your new home? Who can repaint your kitchen and move your furniture? Which company can carry out property management for your holiday rental? And where can you find a good handyman, plasterer or electrician? We´ll help you on your way where we can. We can’t guarantee we always have an answer in all cases. But we cán guarantee we´ll do our best for you.
